At Kraywoods, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear and are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 12-month warranty* on all eyewear purchased from us, which includes a one-time replacement for manufacturer's defects in both eyewear frames and lenses.

Eyewear Frames:
For eyewear frames, our warranty covers defects such as peeling wood, chipped paint, and malfunctioning hinges or mounts. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse of the frames, such as physical breakage or scratches caused by accidents or mishandling. Please note that any other damage that is not considered a manufacturing flaw is also not covered.

Eyewear Lenses:
For eyewear lenses, our warranty covers coating defects such as peeling or cracking, which are caused by manufacturing flaws. However, lenses are highly susceptible to scratches and nicks, which can occur with regular wear and tear. As such, the warranty does not cover scratches on lenses.
