What information do I need in order to purchase Kraywoods prescription glasses?Updated 7 months ago

To order prescription eyeglasses from Kraywoods, you will need a valid and non-expired prescription from your eye doctor, and you will also need to know your pupillary distance (PD). The PD is the distance in millimeters between the centers of your pupils and is necessary to ensure that your prescription eyeglasses fit accurately.

If your PD is not included in your prescription, you can find information on how to measure your PD accurately in our Glasses Size Guide. However, we understand that measuring your PD can be a bit challenging, and you may need more assistance. In that case, please don't hesitate to send us an email at [email protected], and we'll be happy to assist you.

At Kraywoods, we want to make sure that your prescription eyeglasses are accurately fitted to your eyes, so if you have any questions or concerns, our customer care team is always here to help.
