We strive to ship all non-prescription eyewear orders within one business day, and prescription and blue light blocking eyewear orders within 2-7 business days, depending on the prescription.

Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During promotional periods and special events, orders may take longer to ship due to the high volume of orders. In cases of any unusual delays, we'll inform our customers individually in advance.

We'll keep you updated on your order status via email. Please be aware that orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached "Processing" status.
