To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to your account here with the email associated with your order, select your order, and click "Request Return." Your request will be processed within 48 hours.

US & Canada Returns:

We offer free returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for free returns and will be subject to a $12 return fee. Once your exchange/return request is processed, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send your items back to us hassle-free.

International Returns:

Returns must be arranged with the courier of your choice. Once your return or exchange request is processed, we'll provide you with the shipping address to return your package. To ensure the security of your shipment, we strongly recommend selecting a courier service with tracking. Please note that any duty fees linked to the returned package will be deducted from your refund.
